Only a handful of properties within the first release of phase one at New Broughton, one of the North West's largest regeneration projects, now remain. Situated within easy reach of Salford Quays and Manchester's city centre, the development by Countryside Properties offers residents the opportunity to live and work in an area that really is on the up!
Martin Leggett, Sales Director for Countryside Properties, said: "As a landmark scheme with 432 properties planned in the first phase, New Broughton is undoubtedly what people have been waiting for and it's great to see people so enthusiastic and determined to secure their new home. New Broughton has captured the attention of many and the sales achieved within the first release, is fantastic news. It's a real testament to the enormous amount of work and effort from everyone involved and goes to show that Lower Broughton is an area people really want to move to."
Currently one of the largest regeneration projects taking place in the UK, New Broughton will set a benchmark for residential development within Salford. Comprising a variety of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes, phase one will see a mix of private for sale and affordable residential accommodation alongside retail and commercial opportunities. The substantial regeneration of the area will create a new beginning as a sustainable community with a prosperous future.
Each property has been designed to the highest, modern standards with ease and comfort in mind. Internally, the properties offer a variety of floor layouts with high specification accommodation boasting generous proportions. The homes include well designed kitchens with high quality units and oven, hob and integrated fridge freezer and washing machines, whilst the bathrooms feature stylish white sanitary ware and ceramic tiled walls.
The properties have been designed around a courtyard layout to encourage a sense of community and create an area where residents can meet. For security and peace of mind, access is gained via electronic gates. Each property has an allocated parking space.
