Residents of Lower Broughton in Salford have been telling Countryside Properties how they would like to see their new homes designed during the next phase of the area’s development. The housebuilder and Salford Council are building more than 3,500 mixed-tenure homes over the next 15 years at a cost of £500m. The residents involved in the next two phases attended consultations to share their thoughts and look at potential layouts for the houses and green space plans for the area.
