Laura McBride is Project Co-ordinator at Contour Housing. Laura's role is to ensure the needs of the local residents in Lower Broughton are met. She is also responsible for ensuring the targets set by the Housing Corporation are implemented and that the Lower Broughton project is well managed and all the key decision making partners are involved.

Paul Charnock is Project Officer at Contour Housing. Paul will provide a generic housing management service to all Contour's new tenants. As part of Contour's Lower Broughton team, he will be involved in talking to and resolving any issues that future tenants may have.

Barry Winchester is a Salford City Council Community Development Worker for the Chapel Street and Lower Broughton areas.  He came into post in May 2005.  Barry's role is to support people to do something collectively about the issues and problems they face.  He has been involved in a money management event and is working on the development of a youth task group for the area and supporting groups like Friends of Albert Park.  Barry is developing an Area Forum for local people and also working closely with a range of partners and the local resident representatives promoting the needs of local people in all the good work that's taking place.
